I order through Domino's quite often and was pretty disappointed when I spent an extra $10 for 4 bottles of sprite and ended up getting two 2 liters of diet coke. I called the store to find out what the hell was going on and was told that's all they had then was disconnected. I contacted customer service and I've yet to have any response. I'm going to take my business elsewhere and I suggest everyone else does the same

It's been bad for 20 years. I gave it another try after they did the "remarket" years ago and it was the same old crap! If you add in the TERRIBLE customer service and the sub par product (frozen pizza is better) Domino's is to pizza what a crawdad is to a lobster.

Why is it when you look on the outside off your store .why is the windows so dirty? Is that what it looks like inside ,all Edmonton locations. I'm to scared to even order from you guys.

We recently purchased (4/30/2021) pizza and other items from dominos and while the food was good it ended up giving me and my husband Norovirus, with me ending up in the hospital for severe dehydration from vomiting and diarrhea and my husband with severe stomach cramping and diarrhea. If you are going to use this company BE AWARE. Someone didn't do their job right and now we are paying for it. I will not be buying from this company again.

My experience with Domino's has been the worst experience I've ever had with a company. In Spokane, WA, there are two Domino's near me that I order through. They offer a pizza insurance. It replaces your pizza if something didn't turn out right. But if EVERYTHING didn't turn out right, it still only replaces one pizza. The employees at the store do not answer the phone. The one time I was able to get through to a manager, he said their employees are perfect and do not make mistakes. He then hung up on me. One time my food took over two hours to be delivered. The employee told me, "we didn't expect to be busy today." Multiple times, my food just didn't show up yet I would still get charged the full price. Nearly every time I have ordered something would be missing, undercooked, overcooked, completely wrong, or delivered to the wrong address. Thankfully they cover one pizza per transaction! (Sarcasm)
I'm not a rude person. I just want my order correct. The staff here clearly doesn't care about their jobs. I order from Domino's quite often because I used to have really good experiences with them. I haven't ordered in a long time now, and I don't plan to again.
I have sent three complaints to corporate over the past two years. I have never received a response.
If I had to choose between Dominos' pizza or COVID-19, I'd take the latter.

Order the pizza said it would take 2 hours wait time for it to be delivered I was okay with that, the lady that took my order verify the address and then the delivery driver call before you left the store to verify the address once again is in the driver calls and says he's outside and he's not outside he's got the wrong f****** address so now I'll call the store and they do not answer the phone they will not answer the phone for me anymore so I guess after waiting two hours for my f****** pizza now I don't get one because the driver was too incompetent to enter the proper address into his navigation $#*! Domino's Pizza! I'll never order another Domino's Pizza the arrest of my life on this Earth!

Our food was fresh, hot and very tasty. The delivery person, Ian, was very friendly.

The Domino's In Charlotte NC, Freedom Dr is not a good place to eat at the food was poor! It sucked.... I will never order from this place again!! Know one had face mask or gloved!! Big Red Flag

I ordered Wings onI line. They were all soft, no crispness at all. I was grossed out, like I was eating raw chicken. I usually order local pizza place but wanted to try something different

These guys are pathetic when it comes to delivering the pizza and doing evrything accordingly. And if you talk to their support, worst ever
